Barakah AI provides an AI assistant that helps people with real estate questions — property discovery, EMI calculations, area comparisons, and document guidance — for the Hyderabad and Telangana market.

What we collect

Chat messages you type to the assistant, used only to generate a reply to you.
Contact details (name, phone number, property requirement) — only if you choose to share them to request a callback or contact us on WhatsApp.
Basic technical data (such as IP address) used for security and to prevent abuse of the service.

What we do NOT collect

We never ask for and you should never share: Aadhaar numbers, PAN, OTPs, passwords, or bank details. The assistant is instructed to decline such information.

How we use your information

To answer your questions through the AI assistant.
To contact you about your property requirement — only when you have asked us to.
To keep the service secure and improve its quality.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your contact details with third parties except the service providers needed to run this website (hosting and AI processing).

AI processing

Chat messages are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your chats. AI answers are guidance, not legal, financial, or investment advice — always verify property documents with a registered professional before any transaction.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
